Byecross House Bed & Breakfast Annex

As we only let out 'The Annexe' B&B accommodation as a single booking your party will have sole use of this generous suite. Byecross House is in Georgeham village and is approached along a tree lined driveway leading to ample parking. A hallway leads to your kitchenette, the main bedroom and the adjoining sleeping area. The kitchenette has tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, microwave oven and small fridge .
The  main bedroom has a modern ensuite shower room and the comfortable twin beds can transform into a 'super kingsize' bed if desired. The rear of the spacious lounge is   separated from the main bedroom by double doors and  contains another single bed.
A large sofa bed makes up to accommodate a fourth guest when this is desired.  Please note it is in the main lounge and this area gets light early in the summer months.
The lounge has French doors leading onto a private patio which  has a seating area for guests to relax and recall the day's adventures. When the surf is big at nearby Croyde Beach the low rumble adds to the atmosphere.
In the lounge there is the sofa bed and comfortable chair as well as a TV and DVD player. WiFi coverage in the lounge and bedroom.
There is level access throughout the accommodation but there are steps  down to the patio. From the patio there is direct access to the garden and guests are free to wander around the grounds and down to the stream .
