This is a 2mm vest, so will increasethe 3mm Summer thickness Wetsuits to 5mm Winter thickness on the upper torso. It is armless simply because you would not be able to move let alone paddle if it wasn't!

The attached hood is the excellent Alder Plasma, sewn onto the torso thus eliminating any gappage. Another excellent Alder winter product.
