Bulldog Pro 44 1/2" Epoxy/Foam Fibreglass Skimboard

EPS Foam core overlaid with fibreglass and epoxy resin, similar in construction to an epoxy surfboard, hence costing somewhat more than wood etc.

The difference though is amazing. The bouancy in these boards means that they sit on top the water and truly skim.. unlike wood that sits in the water and therefore is always pushing against water. In real terms this means that you can go 3 times the distance with half the effort. This enables you to skim diagonal and 90 degrees from the beach etc. and start using waves. 

Skimboarding at this level is every bit as addictive as surfing. The best part is that you can still have fun even when and where there are no waves!
