Our head coach (Alec Millgate) has been a Surf Coach for 7 years. He also Coaches Kayaking, Climbing/ Bouldering, Fencing, Archery, Coasteering and Orienteering. He has a Foundation Degree in Risk, Risk Management and Health and Safety which means you are in good hands.

Says Alec.. 'We give the highest level of coaching with the best equpiment at the most suitable beach for your abilities, our 2.5 hour lessons are long enough to teach you all you need to know, but not too long that you get so tired you can't do anything for the rest of your holiday.'

Alec also runs First Aid and Royal Life Saving Society Pool Lifeguard courses and is the On-Site Trainer for Ruda Holiday Park.
