| The Thatch is fab - good beer/live music/mexican chicken (my favourite dish) Staff are lovely. The Manor - haven't gone back there since waiting 1.5 hours for our meal (despite booking table) and half of us had finished before the other half got theirs! Staff were not very helpful either. |

| 'The Thatch' was a lovely country pub, staff were very friendly, beer was lovely (£2.90 - its worth it) live music sometimes. Excellent ,I spent too much time here, very comfortable!)
'Billy Budds' is also excelent and right next door to The Thatch (very handy!) This pub is more lively with a great duke box/pool table and super friendly staff. Both are great and definately worth a visit 10/10 |

| i love the thatch ,we have never had a bad meal there in over 20 years, always a great atmosphere, love it when they have a band there as well, we still go to the manor as well as well as bbs |

| Very dissappointed with the food at The Thatch, 2nd May 2010, below average microwaved or deep fat fried fodder at prices where you would expect more. It feels like they don't need to offer a quality product as its customers are mainly tourists / day trippers who wont return anyway. Choise of real ales was its only saviour! - Miss |
