Our shipping Costs are based on product weight to all UK destinations, size and weight for overseas destinations.

We normally despatch all orders within 2 working days (Usually 24 hours), but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery in case of postal delay which is beyond our control. If your order is urgent , please contact us by phone, and we will do our very best to help.

Please note... The website will calculate your postage cost in most instances. Once an item is "added to shopping cart" a Shipping Box will appear on the right hand side of page. You will need to select your Country in order the get the correct options. The UK is the default option. Countries outside of the EU will have the VAT automatically deducted at checkout. N.B. Channel Islands customers need to select Guernsey or Jersy  (Not UK) in order to remove the VAT.

Outside the UK  there is a weight restriction of 2KG for many items. Multiple purchases may require splitting orders into separate 2KG packages. Larger items such as surfboards, bodyboards and skimboards cannot always be handled by the Shipping Calculator. If you see  "Shipping not Available" contact us for more info and/or quote.

Courier Delivery of Surfboards etc.

Most Surfboard deliveries go without a hitch however.. Deliveries by Courier (Surfboards etc.) must be checked for damage before being signed for. Once signed for we are unable to accept any claim for damage as the Insurance Contract between us and the Courier ends once you sign "received in good condition".  We cannot accept claims for damage if the delivery has been signed for. The driver should allow 15 minutes for you to unpack and check the contents.  Drivers can be impatient and even bad tempered but you should not allow youself to be intimidated! Should the surfboard be damaged you can either accept the delivery but sign "contents damaged" or reject the delivery entirely. Please note.. it is not enough to write "unexamined" or "damaged" or "box damaged". Only the exact words "contents damaged" are accepted in order to raise a claim.

We reserve the right to alter the delivery method and timescale to fit the postage paid. In the event that postage is overcharged it will be refunded upon request. Please order in good time if you require items to arrive on or before a certain date.(holiday/surf trip etc.) If an item is required for a specific date (birthday etc.) please let us know.

Recorded delivery First Class rates are based on Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Rates.
Airmail Shipping costs are based on the Royal Mail Airmail service rates available here.

Exchanges and Refunds

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. We will make a full refund for any item returned unused and undamaged. The cost of Postage will not be refunded, We will not take responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in the post, we therefore recommend that all goods are insured in trasit. To understand obligations as a merchant in the UK consult "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns Process

We accept Returns of all our products in line with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

All returns must be shipped back to ' The Little Pink Shop, Croyde Bay Surfing Ltd.' 7 Moor Lane, Croyde Bay, North Devon, EX33 1NN United Kingdom at your expense and must be labelled with an RMA number. An RMA number is automatically generated by our system if you choose to return a product. You may Track a Return Online by entering your RMA number. We will not accept returns without an RMA number. If you have any problems generating an RMA number on our system, or any queries with returns in general then please call us on 01271 890453.

To generate an RMA number, please login to your account and then view your previous orders under "My account". View the specific order you wish to return and then select the "return" option. Fill in the information requested to generate an RMA number.
